I'd never thought of trying a remote control helicopter ... I tried tying a tennis ball on string behind my brother's remote control car once, and the dogs took flight in the opposite direction.
Urchin is gorgeous! Thanks for sharing the clips. Your warm chicken salad is a perfect summer meal and your strawberry ice cream (!!!) to die for. We've been planning on making some as we just dug out our ice cream maker and strawberries are in season.
We've already tried making ricotta cheese, but it didn't turn into proper curds. I need to research whether raw milk needs to be heated to a certain temperature first because when I made ricotta with regular milk it turned out fine.

oh noes. cranky now knows im elderly and bald as a coot - should have kept my hat on. no more sweet dreams then.
