Proper Chips

The new camera seems to like good light...

Why don't all chips look like this? Wrapped in paper, redolent of salt and malt vinegar, crisp outside, fluffy inside and hot as Hades all the way through. Perfect.

Swap the malt for onion vinegar, though.

Would it be wrong to add a slice of buttered white bread and tomato sauce into the equation??
