
Way back last August I posted about how good Rick Stein's squid and chorizo salad is - although I made a few variations to the recipe as written. Well, I still haven't made it as the great man wrote it, but it is still a firm favourite!

That looks gorgeous!! There are a few things that I want to cook with chorizo, is it hard to get a decent one?
We used to be able to buy them at Coles quite easily! You are looking for one of the semi-dried ones (looks a bit more like a salami), not the fresh ones.
Really happy with how that pic turned out actually. It's getting easier as the days are getting longer and the light in my kitchen is getting better!
