I love beetroot and think this would be delicious. I'm imagining a Bollywood colour riot on your plate with yellow rice, something tandoori, a spinach dish, the beetroot saute and some other side dishes.
I love getting comments! I moderate comments, and I had to turn off the anonymous ones to weed out the spammers but most stuff is going to get through!
Not a curry on its own despite the spice mix, and not a dressing like a chutney -- interesting and damn delicious looking as well.

This is great, always on the look out for something to do with beetroot and I love curry. Also like the sound of your mother's riot on a plate!
