I have the book and it shows how well I've read it because I hadn't noticed the balsamic reduction! Great inaugural entry for WSC, I'm so glad you did something savoury, I was hoping a few people would. The verdict from the Savoury challenge seemed to be that goat's cheese and chocolate went surprisingly well together.Choclettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00173996730095174268noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2454805966928474735.post-9438091372815737782012-04-24T14:42:30.902+01:002012-04-24T14:42:30.902+01:00lovely idea for a casual meal - can you please com...lovely idea for a casual meal - can you please come around and make my lunch tomorrow :-)Johanna GGGhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08594201473931487490noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2454805966928474735.post-16413690284638945352012-04-24T12:40:40.795+01:002012-04-24T12:40:40.795+01:00I actually can't htink of anything I want more...I actually can't htink of anything I want more right now that chocolate-balsamic over goat cheese. When I was a kid we lived near an agriculture focused university and they had a working dairy. The dairy there made chocolate cheese, and it was amazing. I haven't seen that cheese in over 30 years. Might have to recreate it :)Andrea the Kitchen Witchhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16896165794082554089noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2454805966928474735.post-7033008713247504532012-04-23T14:01:44.457+01:002012-04-23T14:01:44.457+01:00What a great entry for We Should Cocoa - the choco...What a great entry for We Should Cocoa - the chocolate dressing sounds amazing.Suellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04824039607448635437noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2454805966928474735.post-70723902026614109342012-04-23T12:12:34.926+01:002012-04-23T12:12:34.926+01:00Oh my goodness, I need that reduction in my life. ...Oh my goodness, I need that reduction in my life.
