So the peel that was in the marmalade stayed in, whereas if you follow the recipe like HH did it'll mostly disappear.Alicia Foodycathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11931796992646884249noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2454805966928474735.post-46515415478051614372008-05-15T05:17:00.000+01:002008-05-15T05:17:00.000+01:00I just made it, delicious!! T...I think it would depend on the marmalade, Jacki! The one I used has a very fine shred, and not very much peel to jelly, so in the slice of cake that I had (that's right, I only had 1!) there were maybe 2 fine shreds of peel. If you used an Oxford -style marmalade with thick-cut peel it would be more prominent.Alicia Foodycathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11931796992646884249noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2454805966928474735.post-28753906557082231452008-05-13T00:36:00.000+01:002008-05-13T00:36:00.000+01:00It looks so moist! How prominent is the peel?Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01405282123757764012noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2454805966928474735.post-29535881539618856562008-05-13T00:23:00.000+01:002008-05-13T00:23:00.000+01:00Lovely FC!
